The PowerBox V2 is ideally suited for the management of industrial electric motors, whether it is a pump or traction control. It has been developed to perform all the electrical functions that are usually present in the following applications:
- Forklifts and pedestrian-assisted handling cart
- Airport Ground Assistance (AGS) including towing tractors
- Small utility vehicles
- Sweepers and scrubbers
- Nautical / marine applications
- Agricultural machinery
- Specific machine systems
- Hydraulic pumps
The PowerBox V2 integrates all the functions and electrical parts necessary to control an electric traction chain:
- Motor drive
- Line contactor
- Line fuse
- Auxiliary fuses
- Voltage converter
- Signal relay
- CAN bus interface
- Non isolated version
- Input voltage 24V
- Air Cooling
Signal wiring and power connections have been designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible. Analog and digital signal inputs and outputs are provided for switches, sensors, contactors, hydraulic valves, and CAN communications. These electrical signals can be mapped to suit a wide range of traction and pumping applications.
